Devin brings 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. His extensive background in risk management, commercial underwriting, portfolio management, real estate appraising, loan resolution strategies and loan financing make him a valuable team member. Over the course of his career Devin has financed over $5 Billion in real estate transactions with a wide array on lenders including Banks, Credit Unions, Life Insurance Companies, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CBMS), Debt Funds, Hard Money and Agency lenders (Fannie, Freddie, FHA/HUD). These financings were arranged on a variety of property types including: multi-family, office, retail, industrial, self-storage, hotels, marinas/dry stacks, senior housing and charter schools.
